2. Diver's Package: Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast and Vacation Homes is offering a special package for guests who want to experience some of the best scuba diving along the Atlantic Coast . Located in West Palm Beach walking distance to CityPlace restaurants, bars, theaters and shopping, Grandview Gardens is ideally situated with easy access to several local marinas. The Diver's Package includes the following:
- Special reduced room rates: $ 105 per room per night (min. 2 nights) or $ 115 for 1 night stays. Rates valid through September 30th - subject to availability.
- Room Rate includes breakfast. For early divers, a breakfast tray will be provided.
- On site location to rinse and drip dry equipment. Storage space also available for tanks and other equipment.

3. Founders Package - In honor of our county's centennial celebration, Grandview Gardens is participating in the "Founder Package" promotion from May 04 – October 31st, 2009. During this time period, guests who book at least 3 nights at Grandview Gardens can get the 4th night for $ 19.09. Inventory is limited for this offer. 3. Romantic/Honeymoon/Anniversary Package: With a minimum stay of 2 nights during any period listed above and a one time supplemental charge of $ 50.-, guests receive special VIP amenities including one bottle of champagne (methode champenoise), fresh flowers and fruit in the guest suite upon arrival. Also, the innkeepers will prepare a fully equipped picnic basket for 2 which can be enjoyed at numerous romantic locations either within bicycle distance or a short drive away (for example at the beach or overlooking Lake Worth Lagoon at sunset!
